Under no circumstances are you to attack these natives, remember we are refugees not invaders. 3. *The men are pulled back into the compound and construction continues. Completed- mess hall, laboratory, mortar pit, armory, and various storage buildings. No further exploration is conducted. Several diplomatic missions are conducted with the local tribes. Findings- the local tribes are divided and fight over the herds of bison like creatures and over control of the large stone pillars. Their technology is preindustrial and they are captivated by our superior technology. There are five tribes in the surrounding area, the largest seems to avoid us perhaps they feel threatened. The nearest is thankfully the friendliest, they have sent us gifts and emissaries welcoming us. We have returned the hospitality with medical treatment and medicine as well as some better technological ideas such as crop rotation and sanitation. The other tribes are less friendly but not hostile. Two are currently fighting and when we made it clear we would not take a side they lost interest.*

Do not be mistaken by there tech, these people were able to assault a exploration team on the other side of the planet and because of their Close combat skill almost wiped the team out before they realize what happened. As to the civilians they can begin landing, appropriate accommodation has been built. The workers are just now finishing the hospital.
