You do have the right to experience it, but unfortunately you are not good enough to get to it. What if you were so bad that you couldnt beat the first level. Is bungie suppose to just let you get skip it and get to level 2? No, you need a certain amount of skill to experience all aspects of the game.

I would say that maybe 7-8% of the population will get their moneys worth from this crap dlc, pretty nice way to piss off paying customers I think.
