I get you don't want to implement matchmaking, but what about a built-in LFG? Still have to find our own group, but now we don't have to stop playing the game

No need to close the game or minimize to browse websites. A vast majority of players have their smartphones sitting right next to them. Posting or checking lfg sites requires no more effort or time than sending a text. The best thing to come from in-game LFG would be ALL players are funneled to ONE place. Leaving the game is not an argument in these times...
