Why? That's just arrogant. Agnosticism is built upon logical facts; we cannot and do not know if theism or atheism is truly correct, so agnostics choose not to believe nor disbelieve. And if atheists choose not to believe, should they be punished? Of course not! It's how they choose to view the world, and since nobody can prove them wrong, there's nothing wrong with it.

It's not arrogant. It's just stupid to say that you don't believe in absolutely anything whenever there are so many possibilities in this universe. Open to anything and don't believe in anything are two completely different things.
