The "leaving the game" argument is so weak in today's world.
Its 2015, not 1997. Its a console game not PC. No need to close the game or minimize to browse websites. A vast majority of players have their smartphones sitting right next to them.
Posting or checking lfg sites requires no more effort or time than sending a text.
The best thing to come from in-game LFG would be ALL players are funneled to ONE place. Leaving the game is not an argument in these times...
