My Friends And I Got DDOSed in Trials Yesterday...
Yesterday, my friends and I were playing Trials and just as the game went into action we started getting lag both ingame and voice chat between my friends. Then black screen with the "Attempting to reconnect", then error codes that sent us back to the title screen. By houses internet went down during the episode. I have video proof of what happened along with there DDOSers account names. So Bungie, if you could help that would be great. Thanks.

1 ReplyI was also ddos's one of the 3 culprits names was ooceanx on ps4 these people are garbage and garbage players they should have they're accounts wiped and go back to lvl 1 with nothing all in favor?

7 RepliesBungie wants you to report with the in game tool. Once you get booted it's too late, you're not in a game anymore. If you've uploaded the video onto YouTube you can contact them via Twitter and include a link to your video.

That's crazy how people can do that!!! I remember back in the day when people would use gameshark now they just lag switch and mess with people's Internet! What is this world coming too?!?

OK so I did some research and I have 100% flawless proof of the one who does the DDOSing. His accounts past games are all 0 kills 0 deaths but they are all wins.

3 RepliesWhile I can't say whether these specific players were cheating, I can guarantee you that Bungie actively investigates network manipulation and other forms of cheating. We will continue to monitor game performance for people abusing the system and enforce our policies. As mentioned in this week's Weekly Update, we've already dealt with a number of players from the first week of Trials of Osiris. Rest assured that we will continue to do so.
