So i decided to buy an unwilling soul and reforge it to have focused fire, ended up having persistence and hand laid stock as well. Now if I am correct, it should have the same RoF as Shadow Price with 72 rounds in the mag. I think this will be a beastly AR when/if the buff them back to what they were pre 1.1.2. Will update when I fully upgrade it. Edit: With focused fire it has slightly faster RoF than Her Right Hand, the Soul does 57 with focused fire to the head on a lvl 2 vandal in Cosmodrome compared to 79 on Her Right Hand. Without focused fire it is 43. I'm unsure if focused fire is worth it on this weapon now after seeing the results. Off to Crucible to compare stats. Edit: After playing around with the Soul, it seems to have a fire rate similar to Up for Anything, Hard Light and First Rule. My First rule does 64 to the head on a lvl 2 vandal, I am getting more and more depressed by the results of this new weapon. Hopefully crucible has better results, but most likely not. all these weapons that I'm testing in PvE are 331 attack btw.
