When does Variks' stock refresh? (PST)
Quick question: For some reason Variks doesn't have a refresh date even though he totally refreshes, so I need to add a hardcoded refresh time into my app if I want to include him. When does he refresh each week in PST?
Also, out of curiosity, why doesn't he refresh?
