First off I play on the 360 and am not ranting off one experience or many but just simple logic that building a team takes time and dedication. To the people who stick together, I salute you. Now to my point. When your on the forums looking for people to join your fireteam for the trials and collecting random and losing the first game and rage quiting please know that building teamwork takes time. Yes it is true you can get a team of random that compliment your skills just right but for those of us not lucky enough to get carried or find those right players please understand that it may take several losses to find your groove with randoms. So rage quiting after 1-2 games and finding more randoms and starting from scratch isn't helping yourself or the latter. Trials is for people with teamwork and skill and both take time to develop. My point quit raging and learn to dedicate yourself and accept a few losses as a personal experience and team building excercise. It'll go further then you expect.
