[Report]
Secondary structures like the research lab, fuel storage depot, and power plant have been constructed. Patrols remain in contact with the surrounding tribes but remain neutral in any conflicts between them. Civilians have landed and being housed and put to work. They seem content for the moment however there are a few who say once this is all over elections need to be held. I don't disagree but that seems to Me like putting the cart before the horse. The labs are experimenting on the local flora and fauna. Their findings show that while this planet is extremely earth like there is something different here that they cannot explain. The civilians have begun to farm the surrounding land wheat and other grains mainly with a few farming potatoes as well. All is going well.

Edited by CaptainMandalore: 5/31/2015 9:33:08 PMRoger that major, a hazmat team is being deployed in case anything goes wrong with the research. As far as the people, we are having the same problem on the Ship. Make it clear to the civilians that while we are not dictators we will remain in charge until we see fit that this new home is stable and safe. Elections will be held as time permits but as of now we will stay in charge so that we may keep the peace between our people and the natives as well as assure their safety. In the case of a uprising put it down as peacefully as possible and exile the leaders with no supplies but water. - Commander of the Battleship Alamo, Ron "Maverick" Rodriguez
