Incendiary blade on hunter not always proccing in crucible
i can hit someone within an inch of their life with a dagger and the burn doesnt apply, im running gamblers dagger so I wonder if its just one of the daggers its not being applied to.
Has anyone else noticed this?

It's happened to me as well, but it's just a bug with it randomly. It'll burn for random periods of time or not even burn an enemy at all. Sometimes it applies to your melee itself.
