I can't find this thread on top rated nor trending, even though it has more stars and replies than the top entry in either category...

No resurrection. They're censoring them. This one broke the record for the fastest pull ever I'm pretty sure. 45 likes in just under an hour and they pulled it. You can scroll all the way through the Trending and Highest Rated, it's not there. Turns out Bungie don't really want all our opinions.
