Below is an analysis of the 3 most recent trademarks, plus some comparisons to older TM's. I will go over what each of the NICE classification codes mean and what products we could expect to see in the near future.
TL/DR: Eververse is going to be a bridge into the real world where actions taken outside of the game will have an effect in game. This also has the potential to be the starting point for a book series or a form of interactive story telling through digital media.

Analysis & Comparison to previous TMs:
Bungie has filed TMs for their Vanguard Symbol under NICE Class 9 & 25 and their Bunni Symbol also under NICE Class 9 & 25. These symbols were in the game but also slated for tangible release as goods such as T-Shirts, Costumes, and various forms of apparel. The Taken King TMs are only filed under NICE class 9(which is how the filings were done for The Dark Below and the House of Wolves) which indicates that they have no intentions of producing apparel specifically tied to The Taken King phrase or symbol. The one thing to know about these class codes is that they are pieced together. There isn't a cookie cutter copy paste filler, it's all crafted by the company to fit their range of coverage that they believe they will need for their TM.
Something to note about The Taken King Symbol is that it's being treated as a standalone mark similar to how the mark for the Vanguard Symbol was when filed as a TM. This leads me to believe that there will be a new faction rep vendor tied to The Taken King, as there is with all major expansions. It's just curious as to why they would file a patent for that vendor but not one for Eris. Not to mention that The Taken King symbol is filed under US Design Search Code 27.03 which states that it is a, "Geometric figure forming letters or numerals, including punctuation." I will put money on it now that the King in question name starts with a V. To back this up they also filed their TM for Bungie under 27.03 so I think it's safe to assume that the symbol is related to a person or group beginning with the letter V.
Now for the Eververse Trading Co.. I'm going to skip over the obvious stuff that they will do with this such as apperal, expansion content, games, and go directly to the NICE Class that interests me the most, Class 42. This sets Bungie up to develop an entertainment hub that will allow them to create videos similar to the halo anime & mini series. They would also be able to conduct contests and fan club services, which was not mentioned in any of their other TM filings related to destiny. Their end goal must be to integrate the game with activities in the real world, whether it be through media, events or other real world activities. We will have to wait and see what amendments they make to this filing in the coming weeks. They could edit the NICE Class code descriptions and add images along with their respective US Design Search Codes.

Very interesting. Do you think Eververse relates at all to Destiny?
