Meh life does have certain parameters needed even if you base it off of a completely different base element like silicone the next best building block to Carbon.
Though I do love how in 1968? I believe it was when faced with the potential of liquid water on TITAN/Europa NASA decided to crash their Galileo probe into Saturn so the probe didn't contaminate either of the moons potential biospheres. (The Galileo probe was never 'scrubbed down' and sanitised like they are today meaning it had human DNA and microfibres/organisms on it that if there is life in the moons oceans that of any DNA/organisms survived reentry they could have either destroyed what life was there or evolved into life after landing in in oceans/ice etc)
