Follow up from my previous post/response. If I could move one of you to take matchmaking into your own hands... Is this supposed to mean that if we tried using LFG or #recruitment we would see how great it is? If so, I did/do use those tools. I've posted about how that process can be tedious. This doesn't mean that it's 100% ineffective, but it is far less than ideal. Having MM on the wishlist is a step in the right direction. Then I think about how long these other items have sat on the wishlist. Some follow up would probably be a good idea. I've seen MM posts on this forum for a good long while, and it's just now getting traction besides repetitive weekly updates or community focus about some great guild or outside MM website. Really, Bungie has already responded by regurgitating how great guilds are or showing off another LFG tool. The recent resurgence of MM posts shows that a large and vocal majority do not prefer the current means of finding teammates and do not care for these tools for some, if not all end game activities. Again, I'm happy we got a response. I'm glad that MM is on the wishlist. But to say that faith has been restored? Not completely, no. I would be very pleased to see this conversation continue, and not in a "showing off another guild or LFG tool" kind of way. Once again, I'm glad we got a response. I'll also go on the record as saying that DeeJ has one hell of a rough job that I surely do not want. I also hope that the MM posts keep up and show on trending/highest rated and that the community can keep the fire going until MM gets implemented into more activities.
