I would love to use my 365 fatebringer but sadly mine is still 300 because I can't get any -blam!-ing etheric light.
I'll still be using this or VoC though, maybe Oversoul Edict seeing as that's 331, or Vex at 365! Choices ...
Actually can you clear up whether Vex counts as a primary or special? Will it work with primary weapons mod?

Since they go back and forth, it does not get small arms buff. It is a fusion rifle that is allowed (must be equipped) in the primary slot. So it's a secondary. Last weekly it got the specialist buff

I think Vex counts as a primary, because it works with the knucklehead radar

Works fine at 300 damage. The combination of Small Arms / Arc Burn easily compensates for the lower damage (of course, 365 is [i]better[/i], but 300 was workin' just fine for me).

Fate bringer for the wave defense, LDR for the Hydras if you don't want to skip then all together, fate bringer to clear out cell area, amd Gjally for the archon.

Vex counts as a secondary.

Vex counts as special. Last week on weekly heroic, it did more damage than my against all odds.
