Having no boundaries is exactly why matchmaking will yield a very small success rate. There are zero requirements for matchmaking other than your level. If I'm able to turn it off, and not be a part of the matchmaking system, I do not care if they implement it or not. The only thing I fear is they bring matchmaking to raids and night falls, and I'm stuck being forced to play with ransoms every day.
