Wait. Solar/arc burn AND primary boost?? So, that means that Vision of Confluence should do STUPID high damage? Then just use Vestian Dynasty as arc backup?

Yes, although I would use the Fang instead with its higher range and (more importantly) arc damage for the captains' shields.

365 VoC hits 3k per headshot on majors, so uh yeah 81k damage per field scout magazine, it was pretty amazing.
