Edit: the nightfall this week is Archon Priest w/ Solar/Arc Burn Primary weapon boost and also a lot of fun. Also for future reference on the app you can check the daily and weekly activities amongst other useful stats.
Final Edit: BUNGIE PLEASE REMOVE FINAL ROUND FROM SNIPERS!!!! completely ruins the game

I used my solar Scholar. One shot tier one enemies that did not have shields. Two shot captains. 5 shot tier 2 hydras. Can imaging the Fatebringer being better, but I had a tone of fun with my Scholar.
