You do realize that as soon as you hit 32, all damage output is maxed for a 32 enemy, and the attack Stat means absolutely nothing, right? I was a 34 with a mostly unupgraded fatebringer. My friend had a fully maxed fatebringer, same level, same class, just a 365 fatebringer, dealing the SAME amount of damage to a 32 enemy. There was no 11,000 damage anywhere. Therefore, you're wrong.
