This is correct. All the 365 means is that you can do full impact damage with that weapon on any adversary that is level 36 or less.
That said, [i]Fatebringer[/i] and [i]VoC[/i] are FANTASTIC guns that currently [b]max[/b] at 300. I'd happily drop in an Etheric Light to keep rolling with either of them. Especially in Iron Banner.
[i]Praedyth's Revenge[/i] also falls into this category.
