Wrong, not to be crass but in my oppinion... Hand cannons are in a great place right now and they shouldn't be nerfed They can't snipe well anymore and rapid fire gets outta control. The damage feels just right Everything else needs bumped up a bit let's face it auto rifles are crap now Pulse rifles are good mostly with a few bad ones and scouts are pretty hit or miss.
