No. Most of the players of Destiny were Halo players. Halo Reach's fastest kill was 5 shots with a DMR. I don't think Destiny should be that slow, but a balance between it and CoD. Speeding up kill time means less chance for "clutch" moments in crucible. Plus supers wouldn't really have a point the, if the time to kill is so short anyway. Also, if TTK is shorter in crucible then gameplay will be significantly different from PVE
