I mean, it's not like God's going to let them into Heaven.

In the Bible, it states a few times that homosexuality is a sin. It doesn't say this directly, however. Many people say that the Bible doesn't say that homosexuality itself is wrong, but the Bible makes mention of the sin of sexual immorality. In the Bible, sexual immorality pertains to any sexual act enacted on the body which is not in God's favor. This includes: sex before marriage, intercourse with animals, lust, and yes; relations between the same sex. This is one of the reasons Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed; sexual immorality. In conclusion, Christians believes what's in the Bible (it's our right and our belief), so logically, we disapprove of homosexuality. BUT! Many people stereotype Christians as people who hate gays, and want them to burn in hell. This is completely wrong. I have many friends who are homosexual; gay or lesbian, and they are some of the coolest people I know. Do I disapprove of their actions? Yes. Do I hate them and want them to die for it? No, no, no. I hope this brings into light why Christians disapprove of homosexuality. And please, like I said, I don't hate the people, I just have different beliefs and expectations concerning sexuality.
