Actually, It was because of a stupid IB bounty which required an AR.

Just making sure, and I wasn't saying it wasn't because of the IB bounty, that might've been part of it, but the notes did say it was for balance

I'm sure that they addressed the bounty first then later said it was for balancing.

Still, they say that want it balanced, that's my point. Although I agree the old IB bounties were hard
