The only way I feel it should be nerfed is so that dot Can't kill. Still hits 7 a tick for 5 ticks. Same damage, same range. Can't do that final one damage to kill.
Effectively adds 1 shot to the kill. However, if this happens, tlw will also need a nerf. Or to be fixed at least.
