The main reason this weapon shouldn't be nerfed, at least not too hard, is how trash it was pre-buff. Just make it so the burn goes off after the shooter is killed, seems fair. Otherwise, hawkmoon has a very similar ttk.

Woa it was definitely not trash before.it was somewhat balanced. It still could produce a 2 shot kill if you allow poison damage. Now its a 2 shot without the poison.
