Golden Gun
Golden Gun is one of a Gunslingers best weapon in the game, but why only have 3 shots per use if you can't even one shot something like a servitor or a fallen captain? So I think that unless you upgrade the golden gun's power, at least make it have unlimited ammo but a 8 second power usage so we can kill more enemies.

10 RepliesI think Golden Gun could use a buff in PVP. In Iron Banner I find it very difficult to get three kills against a good group of players. I'm constantly getting taken out by the player(s) who aren't in my Golden Gun sight before I can get a second shot off. The fire rate is so slow, the accuracy isn't great, and as far as I can tell you don't get any defensive/armor improvement when firing. Granted, I'm a below average PVP player, and I don't have the the Ms5000Watts skills to track and run down and one-shot 3-4 opponents (but who does?), but if a Golden Gun can't take down a mob of three (or even two) bowling pins, then I think it needs a buff. With so many people so good with so many two-shot weapons now, Golden Gun doesn't stand a chance in 1v2+ standoffs.

1 ReplyThere is an exotic helmet that changes golden gun to where it only has 1 shot but it will have 6 times the damage.

A damage boost would be nice in PvE only. It's rather frustrating having to lower the health on majors, before you use your super, just so you can make more than 1 or 2 orbs. In PvP tho, this is one of the most lethal supers available. Add symbiote to the mix and that's nearly a whole 6man team dead if done right. No adjustments necessary.
