It's just an inferior perk without stability. Having snipers with final round and heavy machines with field scout is what's messed up here.

Stability on a shotgun ? Felwinters ? It has such a low fire rate how can you complain i can pull the trigger another 12 times (6.5 times per second) before the gun will shoot a second time you dont need stability but i see what you mean it looks worse
