Fresh drop out of the Crucible and I don't think it has a single bad perk. You want to get rid of that dreadfully slow reload time? A bigger magazine? More range? Take your pick. Have Final Round and Luck in the Chamber while you're at it. Even the sights are perfect.

Wrong middle perk. Preferably a smaller mag size lets you take advantage of the other two perks as you'll be able to consistently get two-shot kills.
