Thorn shouldn't be nerfed imo because of one single reason: it CAN be outgunned. I've bested people with thorns left and right with hawkmoon/tlw/suros and I am not even that good in PVP. Is it annoying? Yes, is it a good weapon? Yes, but its not an unreasonable gun.
If thorn was like the old Vex then it should be nerfed, but it isnt.
