Elder Cipher Repeated Issues
I had what seems to be the same issue as every other person struggling with the Elder Cipher in that when I first ran Skolas my bounty slots were full. But after the hot fix, I ran through Skolas a second time and I am having the same issue where Varicks shows me the three exotci gun choices, however, I cannot select any one of them and there is nothing new in my bounty slots. What can I do, or what did I do wrong here?

I too am having this issue on Xbox 360. Just got the bounty and went to Variks only to have him not let me select my weapon. Both my friends got it as well, and had no trouble with it. Any ideas?
