No it doesn't it just means that people didn't play eariler IB. it's simpler to level up now more than ever so if they want to take out one of the better perks for a game that isn't much of a grind anymore I don't see a problem with it

Don't worry about him bro. Your weapon is your weapon. No one should be taking it from you. I don't have a sniper with final round but I do have Lord High Fixer which has more range than Hawkmoon. I wouldn't want anyone taking that away from me.
