Nerf or remove Gjallarhorn!
For too long the Gjallarhorn has been a crutch for PvE players! All I can see on the recruitment channel LFG's is 'must have maxed out Gjallarhorn' it's been this way for quite some time! Bungie need to step up, either nerf this weapon or even better the addition of new go to weapons with a slight increase in drop rate. There needs to be more variation, similarly just as PvP has Thorn, PvE has the Gjallarhorn. Why are we being forced into using these 'go to' weapons! Good job Bungie!

JUST BUFF ALL EXOTIC ROCKET LAUNCHERS ( except g horn) and buff legendary rocket launchers a little bit to compete

I don't think it's necessary, it's good but like it's barely better than truth and such, it's only scary in Pvp for a shot or two, and pve I haven't had an issue with

1 ReplyI view this a different way. Yes the ghorn is crazy good, but it doesn't need to be nerfed. Other exotics need to be buffed! Exotics should be the best weapons in the game, and the only ones that I believe deserve that tag (for pve) are the ghorn, thunderlord, vex, and icebreaker. The others are just out classed by legendaries.

Everyone below that is against this has it I have it and honestly it is THE most op weapon in the entire game and has entire strategies revolving around amount of ghorns, I don't want it to be nerfed, nobody does, but if anyone weapon deserves it, it's ghorn (or thorn...one of the two)

Okay, I see your point, but those players you see asking for maxed out ghorn can ask for whatever they want. They bought the game, they handed their money over just like you did, so why can't they play however they want to play? Asking to nerf something just because you don't have it is childish. Here's what you have to do, start an LFG post stating your requirements for joining, and go from there. Better yet, make a clan. Recruit people from LFG that you enjoy playing with so you don't have to use LFG anymore. The community here might be awful but there are some great people out there. In fact, if you're on the 360 and need regular players just hit me up.
