I disagree with people saying fear as it exists to protect us and when overcome makes us stronger. Obviously really high levels of fear are bad but the same could be said of any emotion I instead propose that anger (not to be confused with hate) is the most damaging. In a blind rage people often do things that they later regret and potentially ruin the rest of their lives
