Yes! For god sake I've had this problem since September!!!! Can we please buy weapon parts!! I have so many exotics that I can't upgrade and legendary weapons that I can't. RNG hates me as 9/10 engrams I pick up are armour. I average ONE weapon upgrade every couple of weeks. Not a complete weapon upgrade, ONE damage upgrade. This is by far the biggest grind for me, I have to think far too much into what weapon I want to upgrade next it's beyond a bore.
