Well any snipers with final round who go 3 bullets just to get the final round shot are probably pretty skilled and will kill others anyway. Field scout is not a big deal if you get armor that gives you extra ammo for the weapon you desire to use. The old weapons cant get new perks for example. I have a red hand HC with luck in chamber and final round, my old red hand cannot be reforged like this neither can my timurs lash. Goes both ways.
