Man cave what's that?? I got a wife, 5 daughters, 2 dogs which are both female as well... I won't have a man cave for a loooonnng time.

Look in to converted sheds, almost in the same boat but only 2 daughters, but it's on this summers to do list, but location kinda der terminus that one
