Debuff
Has anyone else noticed that the grounded debuff is glitched? Has it been doing more damage to guardians when they are on the ground also?

I've noticed similar mannerisms in the "Airborne" debuff in the matter of guardians doing the same damage as when they're in the air as when they're on the ground, so yes, I do believe it is glitched
