I literally just soloed it. You just have to get any hive with boom cannons. End lay into phogoth. Rinse and repeat, and when xyur come, use a heavy synth, and release all on him.

I'm on ps4 so sorry. There is a really good vid on u tube of how to solo it. I managed it at level 30 and I'm ok at best
