* While on R&R I can't help but notice the large numbers of refugees with out proper housing. I decide to come into the office for a day to at least get the construction crews building new homes and infrastructure. Then it hits me, we need a new capital city, not this military outpost turned refugee camp. I send a message to command asking permission to send out surveyors to find the best spot for the new city.*
