Me again. I want my cookie.
Khepri's Sting, on top of doing its 4x melee damage from behind, will sometimes also do what the gauntlets were originally intended to do. There is a small chance to poison the target on a hit while invisible.

No that's not the in game mechanic. It was SUPPOSED to be. Then the perk was changed but it still seems to cause the poison damage but rarely
