I always get brutally attacked by people when I come to these things... ;^;

Well the scavengers are usually on their own. Only time the work with people is to offload the supplies and scraps

Bro guards travel in groups. Yeah there's a lot of us but there's way more wreckage then us and we need as much supplies as we can get if we're gonna rebuild the federation
