Just curious as to how everyone on here eats. Cheers.
Edit: I needed to add that picture...
-
I don't eat terribly well but I'm skinny as all hell and I work out.
-
No salad. Don't like lettuce. Don't really run either. But workout daily and lots of chicken, carbs, and protein. Family owns a gym.. So I have no excuse to not be healthy and in shape..
-
Eat not so healthy but I exercise a lot.
-
Health and fitness are two different things.
-
I eat shitty but gym 6 days out of the week. Junk food is my vice.
-
I drink a lot of sugary shit but eat a lot of steaks, chickens, and veggies. I'm also a big lifter when it comes to working out. I use to be able to run 2 miles in 11 mins but got injured overseas. So now I just lift like a beast.
-
I'm a vegetarian that runs about a mile a day.
-
I'm still breathing.

I LUV PORTAYTOHZ A horrendous demon with a bottomless appetite for human flesh, Bakasura is a nightmare come to life. After committing countless atrocities, Bakasura has demonstrated no end to his depravity, no limits to his brutality, no sating his desire to slurp human meat, crunch bone, and guzzle hot blood. So many are his vile victories over mankind that they cannot be relayed here, yet it is his defeat at the hands of a man that is worth the telling. As legend has it, the famous Pandava brothers were traveling with their mother, Kunti when they came to the village of Ekachakra. They discovered that a demon, Bakasura, was living outside the village, devouring the people as they passed through the woods. The chief went to the demon and begged that the feasting stop. In return, a cart of food would be sent to Bakasura each day. Bakasura consumed not only the provisions, but the person that brought the cart as well. After hearing this tale from a weeping woman whose son would bear the cart on the morrow, Kunti declared that her son Bheema, who possessed impossible strength and had slain demons before, would take the cart instead.

Edited by DFRO1311: 8/14/2015 6:17:45 AMIm abnormally healthy. Im worried. I do workout alot and play basketball. Eat whatever I want whenever I want. It doesnt effect me or my results at all. Ive gotten sick like 4 times in my life and none in like the last 6 to 7 years. Shit, ive never had a cavity. Someone help me! Btw, that workout in the pick is so dangerous on so many levels. I recommend only extremely experienced trainers under close supervision do that or use very light weight. One slip and youre -blam!-ed. Id never touch that workout. Also, your polls are more for diet, not health levels or fitness levels.

I normally eat healthy, with splurges of a lot of junk food. But I also exercise on a consistent basis.

I biked to my friends house and threw up when I got there. Then I didn't stand up for an hour because I physically couldn't, and drank twelve cups of water while breathing heavily. But at least I eat right.

I guess I'm fat, but not like plump fat, like floppy fat
-
Little diabeetus

I tend to be a bit prone to junk food, mostly owing to budget constraints, but I get plenty of exercise. Health isn't perfect, though, owing to a myriad of internal damages. And being almost more scar than person, feels like.
