I'm not the best sniper around by a long ways but been learning for ToO n I'd go with PR it's a beast so many head shots and the firefly just looks legit lol.

Excellent choice to learn, you just have to watch for low ammo

With extended mag I don't normally have a problem but it does happen if a game ends to fast n the ammo ain't spawning in lol. I've a few snipers to reroll n play with but so far PR is my go to PvP sniper
