I personally don't think it is, but I don't play enough multiplayer to buy an mp only game. Same reason I didn't get evolve, Titanfall, and several other games that looked fun, I would never play them enough to get my money's worth. Plus, even if you love the game eventually those servers are shutting down and with the sheer number of mp shooters that come out even good games can have a limited lifespan because we're off to the next big one. As much as I know it's not that popular in this forum,I really like Destiny and was hyped for it from the moment they announced it, but I thought long and hard about buying because I know even the single player element relies on servers remaining online, but in the end I took the gamble and while I wish some things were different, in this instance I am happy. I almost never crucible, though, which means that games like the upcoming rainbow six are just not worth it in my opinion. Edited for phone typing.
