You can't. Precision kills don't kill a target and assuming you can only use throwing knives, this challenge is almost impossible without gamblers dagger.

U can precision throwing knife + incendiary.

Plus precision kill = instant new knife. Max strength, increased melee attack speed armor, grenade hits recharges melee armor (use the swarm grenade so no kills), and ammo pickup reduces grenade and melee cooldown perk. Should be conceivable to get a few more kills that way. And strat would obviously be to steal kills.
