How long did it take for Variks to summon you when the Elder Cipher is ready?

1 ReplySo let me clarify...is it 48-72 hours from when it drops or frim when you turn it in?i turned mine in around 3:58 pm 3 days ago,but it dropped at around 1:07 that same day.so i went to the vestian outpost at around 3:30 and it was ready,so i think that it is from when it drops not when you turn it in
