Ive gotten 6 truths in the span of less than 30 some odd hours, have gotten 9 truths total.
I have also gotten 5 nlbs in less than 3 hours, one from nightfall, 3 legendary special engrams(all of which from 2 vanguard dragon strikes) and on my first poe run, those 3 engrams? Decoded them along side a legendary helmet and got the following:

Nlb
Nlb
Skull of dire.
At this point i have gotten 11 nlbs
Im either the luckiest person ever to get so many exotics in one setting, TWICE even, or the unluckiest

I'm pretty sure nlb comes from a primary engram, not special.

It's a special with a perk that allows it to be equipped in the primary slot.

Nope, special...its still a special weapon regardless of slot. Plus i know i grabbed special engrams

Idk maybe so. I thought I got a universal remote from a primary before. Maybe not.
