What's the general opinion on this perk? good? Bad? Does it mesh well with angel of light? Is it worth keeping on a roll w/ firefly?

So many other perks could have been added which would make the Jewell usable. As of now I have several legendary cannons which are better and it of course doesn't touch the exotic cannons.
